Domestic Shipping 
Depending on what we carry in stock, please allow up to 2 1/2 wks for your shipment to arrive. Some items actually ship the same day. Holiday Orders-Please place your order at least 2 wks in advanced to guarantee Holiday delivery, it is the customers own responsibility to allow ample time for their order.

We use US postal Service,DHL or Fedex for delivery. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email for your order & you will be given a tracking number.
Please make sure the shipping address provided is a valid shipping address-Oh Baby Boutique will not be held responsible for invalid addresses given by the customer. It is the customers responsiblility to provide a valid shipping address to Oh Baby Boutique. If Oh Baby Boutique has to reship an order due to invalid information given during checkout, Oh Baby Boutique will charge 4.99 to reship an order to you. (International Delivery charges will be evaluated at time order is to be reshipped and do not apply to the 4.99 charges) We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please contact the common carrier used (information will be in your order confirmation email) to file a claim.

In-Store Pick up
If you are located within CT, you may opt to pick up your order at the store at no extra charge. No Shipping Fees! -As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will call you & send you an email to notify you that your order is available for pick up.
Rush Orders
(You must call us or EMAIL us to see if that item is in stock within our store before placing your order)
Rush shipping rates start at 16.25 (rate is based on weight of shipment)
International Shipping and Handling Cost
All International Orders must be placed either by phone or via email.
Payments must be made thru paypal.
International orders will require an additional shipping charge. We will contact you via email to notify you of the added amount. Standard international Shipping and Handling Costs for all items are determined according to the total cost of your order. The following chart displays the amount that will be added for most international orders. International delivery will take longer for processing & delivery, this is due to different customs, etc. International shipping will usually require additional shipping time. We use United States Postal Service for International Delivery. A signature may be required during delivery. You will receive a tracking confirmation number when your order is ready to ship. Billing Address must match Shipping Address in order for your order to be processed

Non-Deliverable, Refused & Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service,Fedex or Dhl . For your protection and ours, most orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery. If someone will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, a business, or any location where someone can sign for your package.
