Return Policy
Online Refunds are given either by Store Merchandise Credit or by Refund
*ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
Returns:
Sorry we cannot accept returns on any engraved or permanently personalized items.We are not responsible for any damage caused to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.

*Returns that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise. This does not apply to exchanges
In the case of a return, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price (exceptions listed below). However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs. You must do the following :

You must notify us within 7 business days if you intend on returning the item for an exchange or refund via email or by phone. Failure to do so gives Oh Baby Boutique the right to deny any issue of a refund or credit.

We must receive the item within 30 days from when your order was delivered to you.

Item must be in the original condition it was in when it was shipped to you (cannot be opened and used)

Please send back merchandise in the original packaging or similiar packaging

We highly suggest you obtain delivery confirmation for proof of delivery, however we will notify you by email when we do receive the returned item.
EXCHANGES:
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges for any exchange is 4.99.
Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled for any reason are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Customers who cancel orders will be refunded the purchase price less the 20% fee. This also applies to Abandoned Orders ( Orders where there is no response from the customer after numerous attempts) & Backorders.
Defective Items:
Please contact us at the email below & it can be returned to us for a full refund OR A replacement ----You must notify us within 3 days of receiving item if it is defective.
Backorders/Discontinued Items:
Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available & customer is notified as soon as possible if an item is on back order & when the expected delivery date is. We are continuously adding new products to our online boutique every day.
We try to keep our inventory as up to date as possible, if for any reason an item has been discontinued-we will issue you a full refund for that item & send notification to you asap. |
